Wow, talk about your irony of ironies. I bet if we go back to the IOS version of this article and compare Mac Addresses, you'll see some android fan commenters changed their names to save face because they were dogging iOS for this and now that it's happening with Android, they try to damage control and reason with people. Funny how that works isn't it?

Not defending iOS at all as I don't like iOS much but I'm just pointing out how some fanboys are.

But it offers better mobility (battery friendly), better features (41MP camera, fm transmitter) and it is extremely easy to use!!

Or ease ... moreYou are right for browsing but we will see with the (html5 supported) fp1 update the next 2 months. However appstores is the bigest joke in the phone industry ever.Android has for sure 500.000 apps. If you check them see how many of them are really usefell, in my opinion only 5%. The same with ios apps. I do not understand how companies changed peoples' minds and made everyone think that apps are the most important thing at a smartphone.2-3$ for useless apps that we use for 2 days and after that we usually delete them. But as you said it depends on what you are looking at a phone.

First i don't pay 600-700 $... moreDoes Symbian Belle have such a great browsing experience, or as many apps as Android? Or ease of use like Android? I think not. But I agree, Symbian the lightest OS ever, and I wish Android had multitasking like Symbian's where you can see all the apps that are running, instead of the Recent Apps list Android shows. In the end, it all comes to what you prefer.

Android also allows permissions for contacts , Messages , and even location data for most of the apps.

This will happen with all OS, the problem is that the user start to install any app they see in Market/Store list without at least checks if it's usefull.

Haha my brother told me why do i prefer belle rather than android. First i don't pay 600-700 $ for useless cores when i can do everything with one and second i have security. Whatever Google does there will allways be apps that spy you or the some company will do it with it's idiot policies. Who cares if android has 700.000 activations per day? When i take a picture i want it for me and for google and the whole planet.

Of course Android can do it. Its an open platform. If you download an app and approve the permissions it requests then yeah, it can do that. Android users should always check what permissions an app is asking for. I.E. Why should a live wallpaper need access to make phone calls and read my text messages?

The difference is that Apple supposedly pre-approves all apps before they go into the app store and sell themselves as a secure, sandbox environment.

If the approval process fails users have no idea what the apps can access.
