Nokia camera technology is light years ahead of all the phone cameras and might even compete with P&S cameras.
Haters will hate because they only have 8 to 16MP at most and Nokia is not sharing this technology unless they license it. LOL

Take the Nokia official shot of the guy hanging by one arm on a cliff. Download the full size image, resize it to 12 Mpixel, and compare the texture of the rope. There is more detail in the full resolution than the 12 Mpixel, so the lens CAN resolve at least more than 12.

Captured by a 41 MP sensor and Carl Zeiss lens and turns it into beautifully detailed 5 MP photos...no 38MP photos
