You know, if i say about mobile os, i will choose "Android" which has more security and it has more useful application. To be prank compare with other, "Android" is the best in the market.

iOS is being used by apple alone while Android is a group of phone models. Break down the 24% android download apps will probably fall into small pieces of android users based on different phone models. While iOS even if you break down still points to apple alone. Still the mark goes to iOS...

Apple App Store has way more quality apps than Android. Android has way more crap apps than Apple App Store. Checkout appshopper and appadvice for free full apps.

Dude you are living in a dreamworld.
Reality is, iPhone is not losing ground it's opposite it's gettin bigger and bigger. Numbers aren't falling either they are coming up faster than ever. If android gaining market share faster it doesn't mean Apple losing ground, iPhone market share getting bigger not opposite like you trying to say.

Don't believe in everything you read, Apple was always a master in controlling numbers and the media, I have used Macs from 1990's, iPhone is loosing ground, it's a fact, not that Apple don't keep selling the over expensive phone, but numbers are falling!

Biggest hook with iOS devices always has been AppStore that thing has carried apple for a loonnngg time.
It really shows in tablet world, thats why almost everyone wants iPad not android tablet.
iOS have best app collection and quality by far
If someday Apple is going to be in trouble, it's the day when devs choose another platform for their number one platform.
Devs running this smartphone show nowdays (tablet too), they very much deside which OS people want to support.

There is no big difference between piracy and original app.
If i steal an app , its piracy , if i buy an app , its not piracy.
So app is same in any case or scenario but the way we obtain the app tells about piracy.If i didnt buy and downloaded crack version then its pirated and instead , if i buy the app by paying $$ , then app is original ,both pirated apps and original apps are same and have same functionality and everything is same.
Most android users i saw install custom ROMs from xda since they no longer get updates , and iOS users jailbreak too but iOS users are little classy,high-status,and fanboys (u can call them anything) so they readily spend $$ on anything , but android users like to care less about paying money and get more from device example , buy a cheaper phone which is customizable and little open kind of software.
So u can ask any developer who has apps on both platform (same apps on both platform like fruit ninja) 99% of them say they got more income from appstore and many say that android store has very less people to buy apps. (even though marketshare is more).
I am an iOS user , but i dont support touchscreens , because touch screens are only fancy to use for few minutes , if u work 2-3 hours on touch screen vs 2-3 hours on mouse/keyboard , u find touchscreens are waste and cause more stress , so if i want to do work i always prefer PC but doesnt mean i hate phones , phones have some limitations , listening music , browse net or book tickets is ok but not useful beyond that.
I am not saying that everyone using android steal apps or every iOS user buys apps , comparing both of them , piracy is more on android market (yet more income for appstore inspite of less marketshare) , its about people who are ready to buy apps.
There are users for android who buy apps and there are users in iOS platform who steal apps , but as i said , whole point is about people willing to pay for apps.

For those that said no 10 cents apps for 10 days? You don't need that on iOS. Full apps on iOS go free everyday to promote themselves. Get apps like appshopper and appadvice and you'll see that there are way more quality apps on iOS than on Android.
