ξο, 25 Oct 2019So for you, the only thing that matters is the expandable memory?256GB aren't enought for you?... moreI didn't say this at all, I was saying expandable storage is cool but not super necessary. All these great features matter and don't go down the trash at all, although that's what the other guy thinks. Stop putting words into my mouth
TheWildShadow55, 21 Oct 2019With 256GB or so? What would you even need to put on an SD card at this pointSo for you, the only thing that matters is the expandable memory?256GB aren't enought for you?The 90 hz display ,the snapdragon 855 usf 3.0 and so many other things go to garbage? Not everyone is for such an innovative and top notch smartphone. It is better for you to stay where you are....
AlienKiss, 21 Oct 2019Everything. Movies, photos, music, audio books, torrents, documents, os kits, Android kits, pr... moreMost if not all of those things except the os kits and other development stuff would fit on something that isn't an SD card. I'm all for expandable storage
TheWildShadow55, 21 Oct 2019With 256GB or so? What would you even need to put on an SD card at this pointEverything. Movies, photos, music, audio books, torrents, documents, os kits, Android kits, programs, scripts, tools, keys, you name it. On only a 32GB SD card.
My 64GB internal storage is used ONLY for apps.
I NEVER bother with cloud, backups, syncing etc.
Oh, the Class 10 Extreme SD that I use is 6 years old and never had a problem with it and I've used it in 3 phones over the years.
If there's no power or internet, I always smile :)
Next to buy is a 400GB SD card from SanDisk. Can't wait!
Anonymous, 21 Oct 2019Not for the money they're charging these days.Consider the worse phones that cost a few hundred dollars more. Pixel 4 for example, that phone is an L in almost every aspect, has worse specs and a worse battery yet costs $999. Also the iPhone 11 that costs more than the top of the line OnePlus 7 Pro yet everyone knows the difference.
You can sell it with 10$ and I still wouldn't want one..
NO SD card slot = NOT INTERESTED!
PS Is there anything that interest OP fans other than the price?? (which by the way is too high for a featurless flagship wannabe)
Just drop the anti-consumer design choices, and you would be back with a bang.
TheWildShadow55, 20 Oct 2019Nah they still make good phonesNot for the money they're charging these days.
Nicolas F, 20 Oct 2019Curved display and pop-up camera = very bad smartphone.Agreed. Those are the two main reasons why I never even consider getting the Pro models.
OnePlus lost their mojo a long time ago. You're better off getting an older model or waiting for the price to drop on the latest ones. If they discontinue the vanilla version and just manufacturer the Pro variant then I'm ditching the company for good and getting an iPhone or Pixel instead. No way am I paying that much money for a Chinese smartphone.
Anonymous, 20 Oct 2019Oneplus used to cater to customers' wishes.. I'd say until around 3T.but as they gained profit... moreOneplus , vivo , oppo and maybe others are from a company named bbk now they have replaced the flagship killer moniker from oneplus to realme (former sub brand of oppo) or vivo's sub brand iqoo and when they get overpriced they are going to start another sub brand and don't forget that oneplus also started from oppo
Arif238, 20 Oct 2019iphone XR priced at 43K INR which is still a pretty good phone if you compare it to oneplus on... moreBut it's got iOS which is just terrible to use compared to the smooth experience of Oxygen OS on Android.
As a OnePlus fan, this phone is unnecessary. I told OnePlus not to make a T model this year, since the OnePlus 7 Pro is pretty much an all round phone now. They're literally wasting money on making these.
I like curve screen
but the curve on one plus 7 pro & 7 pro T is too much
it literally cuts down the video
