Until they own it, then they realize they miss their old non-bulky phone

I have 2 phones: Samsung Galaxy S2 (4.3") and Sony Ericsson Xperia pro (3.7"), because both big and small screen sizes are useful for something. However, iPhone still sucks.
3.7"-4.3" or else it would feel uncofortable in a standard jeans..its wierd that OEM sees screen sizes as a baseline for thier products..the bigger the screen the more high end it is..phones are no longer mobile.
I personally think developers such as Samsung, HTC and LG should release their best phones in two variants: standard and mini. For example, Samsung releases Galaxy S3 with 4.7 inch screen, then waits until they can shrink the S3 components and release Galaxy S3 mini (with the same specs but lower screen size, about 3.7 inch, and lower screen resolution) when possible.

Even when the original i(diot)Phone was first launched, the screen sized was already too small. And yet, all you iBois took Apple's marketing jibberish hook, line and sinker.
Now, it is burnt into your psyche. Any other manufacturer except Apple is just plain stupid, no?
I had a desire z with 3,7" screen and i sold it due to small screen, as a phone its ok, but if I have to look at photos or pdf docs screen is realy too small, was looking for something with 4" even waited for the new iphone to come as rumours said it might be a 4 inch screen, but it wasn't so I bought a sgs2 4.2" screen is great, now i would even consider a bigger screen if a phone size stays the same, something like galaxy nexus, but sgs3 is just around the corner so I just might wait.
Most people are complaining the screen size of their smartphones aren't big enough. Well, I suggest those people to wait for a phone that sports a 10-inch screen. Or how about a 100-inch Saxxxxg Gaxxxy Note?
As a matter of fact, when the iPhone was launched back in 2007, most people were COMPLAINING about the BIG screen of the iPhone. Bill Gates, a long-term rival of Apple, even said 'I like to dial numbers with one hand, and maybe I'm the only one.'.
As for the iPhone, from the 1st generation to the 5th one (iPhone 4S), all are equipped with a 3.5-inch display. I'm using the 4th generation one, that is to say, the iPhone 4. I can manipulate it with one hand with ease and I'm happy with it.
I just can't figure out why people would love to have a bread-size phone on their faces. They can't control their phones with one hand because of the unnecessarily huge screen. What a pity.
To me, 3.5-inch is OK, and screen size up to 3.7-inch would be nice. Otherwise, go for a 100-inch smartphone. :O)
By the way, I'd love to know whether Bill Gates would say the same thing about screen size of smartphone. Or maybe he hates his Windows Phone-running smartphone. (Most of them >3.5") Perhaps he loves smartphones with the screen size below 3.5 inches so that he can 'dial numbers with one hand' as the screen size of iPhone is already way too big for him.

I must say that a phone must remain a phone and its screen size should not exceed 4". I love phones with 3.7" screen size, they are very portable and pocket friendly. Size of hands also matter, maybe people with bigger hands need bigger phones but generally a mobile phone looks good at max 4".
