Farid.x47, 07 Nov 2019Xiaomi makes nice and affordable phones unlike the Huawei's terrible expensive phones.In my opinion, Huawei phones are costly because of what company pack in their devices. Their devices holds the capability to challenge other giants – Apple or Samsung for example. Huawei is my all time favourite in designing part of their phones. I'm not promoting Huawei here but it's my personal favourite. Hope you understand :)

Xiaomi with this device break price record( don't count mi mix Alpha). Can anyone understand how strong laptop can purchase for that money? I will tell,new i5 9th generation. Believe me,100mp camera is trick,and doesn't show real quality. 730G can't is great procesor but can't compare with flahgship 855. Wait one year and phone with 100 mp sensoy will be 200€ for sure.

So this is supposed to be a slight upgrade with NFC and 18watt charger in the box... But it has a worse screen to body ratio and a bigger chin...
Xiaomi need to get their act together or RealMe are going to steal more market share from them.
They should've just released the original Note 8 with NFC. Especially if they want to be taken seriously in Europe where contactless payment is very popular

This is a huge let down for me. Other companies are launching with Android 10 and here is Xiaomi with Android 9. Also, if I remembered correctly MIUI is already out on some models. Launching a phone with an outdated OS is big no.

The mid and low Realme phone has plastic back and frame. That's why BBK can sell it more cheaper! Brand value is also matter. BBK doesn't want to make value of Oppo getting lower. That's why they create other brand again such as Realme altough they already have so many brand such as Oppo, Vivo, OnePlus. Now they have Realme and Iqoo. Tomorrow we will see so many subbrand also from other manufacturer.. Lol

I expected SD710 at least.
If that's wayy too much, then SD670 will do.
The main point is, this should've had at least a bit more powerful SoC than the regular Note 8, but not matching the highest tier Note 8 Pro.
