Personally I think its a clever idea, the amount of time I scroll through videos on facebook one after another would be great to see it happen on photos aswell, only downside is that its alot like instagram and would probably recieve some ahte towards the idea but fair play.

Hmmm, in my opinioX, looks like they are migrating to a single app. They are doing this so hsers get used to the other apps feature

Soon you'll have all three apps Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp all look and act the same way with the only difference being the name.
