Both Razr and Galaxy Fold protects the screen, while Flexpai and Mate X exposes it, which makes them more dangerous to put into your pocket.

The Mate X went under some more work cause they probably realized it would've failed even faster. There are drop tests of the fold out there and the thing can actually take a beating. The X literally has the screen on the outside. That thing is busted on anything that isn't even ground.

Don't know how Mate X and Razr compare, but likely better.

The Razr is possibly the most delicate, as the hinge is less robust. The Mate X exposes the screen, which will cost 1k just to repair. As for the Fold, it's fragile, yes, but it protects the display like the Razr. Honestly though, all three are fragile.

When comes to features Mate X is a lot better device.
And when comes to beauty factor and the folding mechanism Razr is the very easy winner.
So Samsung is last in line as usualy.

You cannot even get this phone right now.
It has been hyped to already 60,000CNY on Taobao.
It becomes a show-off luxury item for those people who won't care about the price and know nearly nothing about the function.

Of course the price sounds ridiculous.

But we haven't got a clue on what the cost price is of a first generation screen, and it might require special training to handle it. So it is really hard to say what a 'fair' price would be.

Not trying to defend them, just saying that we are 'arguing' on feelings not facts.

Do not understand phones that have a tablet wannabe complex.
For me a foldable phone will be to make it smaller and not bigger.
