This must be a marketing gimmick. The 7T was on sale on chinese bachlers day (11.11) for $444 256/8GB.
Even now, at regular prices it's $468 on ali, shipped...
What's the catch?

my oneplus3 is due for replacement and I though 'oh goodie, sale' and then I saw prices... regular and after discount... having been a bit out of loop I'm not impressed how OP prices has skyrocketed... :-/
I got my current device for a ours 400eur (maybe a little bit less) and now in promotion it's 50% more?
given that the biggest problem with OP3 is battery and not performance I'm not really inclined to shell out for newer OP device...
