Come on guys. Can you please stop writing negative reveiws about Apple????
You just make Apple products more expensive, cause more people most activley watch, control and delete these reviews and we have to pay for it.

Just two points for consideration:
1) Hands up all of you folks who have ever posted a comment on the MANUFACTURER'S product page. And how many of you do actually read the user reviews there?
2) Taking into account how many people with questionable argumentation pathways are wandering through internet, does it make any sense to expose your official website to an unavoidable amount of hatred? Or is it better to let the flamewars rage on more-or-less tech websites under a (hopefully neutral) review (hopefully written by a professional)?
The point is, it may bring some bad publicity. But on the other hand, giving any single person space on your website is like leaving a box of glass markers next to your carefully polished storefront. I'd guess a schematic picture of genitals would be one of the first three "contributions."

Insecure, ... morehaha, I agree at you mate why remove something at first place if they can reconfigure it the comment box for example apple id needed for comment something, they forgot something simple and becomes a big deal, a bit scary indeed happening at apple first a major required update if you don't get the update you can't use internet it's like they pushing people to update to a newer product and your hard earned money will be gone, the comment box can be a good source for a new development of upcoming phone and to see the problem and create a fix update for a certain issue, that's one of the down side of removing the comment section or just filter the box

Dialer, 22 Nov 2019Its a great move by Apple to do it, Many people who dont buy Apple products also put false rev... moreI don't see a wrong move by apple, but those comments can be a real user experience and can't hide it anymore, and the comment section must be always seen by the development team so that they can also check if it's real or not and release a fix updates and enhance the coming new phone on next year that's the up and down I can see, you remove it because you can't accept a negative comment or real comments at all and at the same time you just don't want to here others to make a better innovation that been lost after steve jobs days at apple

It is the right decision to make for their company... moreOf course Apploo staff will tell us about the throttling in one year, updates that constantly brick their phones, $1000 cost of replacing broken glass backs, removing features in the name of innovation... yes I will totally believe their marketing spout.

Pointless to have a critics section. Only forums are trusted. There always will be Fanboys loving the product or Haters and supporters of both groups. The best,real critics and analysts will get shaded away from the groups of both mentioned above and be unnoticed.
