Nokia should concentrate on the High-end segment in my opinion.

Anything with clean unrefined android without any extra fuss like One UI by Samsung Xiaomi MIUI or Huawei UI, Colour OS etc will be a very nice and will pleases me.

Well the 9.1 Pureview with 5+ cameras and TOF sensor SD855+ or even SD865 would be very nice to see.
Something that tops up Doxmark once again.
If the mange to add at least 128-256GB disk space with SD slot or 512GB+ without and a 5000+ mAh battery i would be very gratefull.
All this along with 8-12GB ram and a nice dual front camera.
QUick charge 3.0 or better for the rest of the specs i dont care much.

Does anyone really get excited over a Nokia/HMD release nowadays I mean 2019 didn't see any inspiring handsets, certainly very mediocre offerings not much to differentiate them from other manufacturers nothing out the box like Nokia was known for shapes sizes colours etc.

I remember when people and myself couldn't wait to the next Nokia phone. Now I don't give 2 hoots a it is only a name now. Goxxcon make their feature phones and HMD make the Android slabs. Nokia will never be what it was as there is not much you can do with a slab.
