Because software industry says you don't need quality headphones you need AirPods. Because marketing say numbers sell and people should not think and follow their BS.
And most people buy it. Like you, you noticed the space BS but didn't even notice the "30 minutes of music playback every week" in the battery specs. That is less then 2 songs (by music industry standards) per day.

Not bad. The base version is just a bit expensive than 47mm Amazfit GTR in my country.
Also 2 GB for 500 songs that means 4 MB each which is pretty bad in terms of quality.
