Arm doubled the lanes per core.
1G76 has the same number of lanes than 2G72
On Exynos 9820, Samsung uses G76mp12...
It is 40% faster than G72mp18 on Exynos 9810.
You no longer see mp20...it's even impossible to make.
Bigger possible G77 is G77mp16 (source : Arm website)

Let me eiiiiiiiiin, 26 Nov 2019It's MC9, means 18 coresWait, so that's how Mali GPU cores are counted now? Come to think of it, back then the amount of cores for Mali GPUs were called MP like Samsung's Exynos 9820 has Mali-G76 MP12 and the 12 means it has 12 cores.
With MC for example, if this is MC9 then the 9 will have to be multiplied by two and the result is the core count?

Anonymous, 26 Nov 2019iPhone 7 still faster than OnePlus 7t, just saying...Wrong info. SD820/SD821 is as fast as A10 (found on iPhone 7). Sure the A10 scored higher in Single Core but Snapdragon wins in Multi Core. A11 Bionic started to have both higher core scores than Snapdragon.
