Its not a a pre-order its interest submission.
you still can use google services by installing it your self on the other hand Iphone are using there own store and safari services so its not some thing to be considered as must have .. i think the price and the platform are more important than GS

Google spyware is not preinstalled, that’s all. If you must have Google spyware, you just have to install it yourself. Not a big deal lazy bums.
