These manufacturers can't even make full use of their own parts.. because its powered by.... ANDROID!! Hamstring by the unoptimised laggy buggy software. Tons of effort was tried to break free of the curse that is Android.. but in vain..
Even when Google decided to act as a leader to show these manufacturers how to make a GOOD phone by releasing the PIXEL.. SEE how that turns out LOL.

Apple shows Samsung how to use their own panels.
Apple shows Sony how to use their sensors.
Apple shows Intel how to use their modems. That jealous by Qualcomm's offering to Apple.. who demand $$ for throttling their offerings.
All need teachings from the great Apple. With soo many parts from other manufacturers.. YET these manufacturers tried to kill Apple year after year without success.. BIG SHAME for the manufacturers. And Software is KING for Apple.

SoSad, 28 Nov 2019Helping hands to beat the other brandSamsung has a selfless dedication award. Samsung doesn't beat other brands. Apple was Samsung's top competitor until probably both manufacturers fell apart (slower sales of S9 onwards and iPhone XS, maybe?). When I heard iPhone 11 Pro is using Samsung panel it was quite hard to believe.

travstr, 28 Nov 20195.4†is the smaller Pro.shouldn't it be that the small one is the regular, the bigger one is the pro, while the biggest is the pro max. so, you're suggesting the pro this time will be 6.1", then there will be a smaller pro with 5.4", then the pro max is the 6.7". then again the articale says the 6.1" is non-pro.

On the other hand, even my Note 9 has.
