afronoia, 03 Dec 2019I always sceptical with this kind of 'reports'. I mean, do the number really show sales to end... moreexactly
Rakib, 04 Dec 2019They sell phones way higher price than normal in BangladeshIs that because of VAT, or regular sale price? I bought it online in Canada for $302 total including tax (19416 BDT)
They sell phones way higher price than normal in Bangladesh
They are interested in selling mobiles in India but not interested in providing timely updates
Good news. Xiaomi desreves it.
And they only gives INDONESIAN 100K unit each month, shared for both online and offline retailers, the competition to get one is horrible. With 20% Mark up on offline shop
We can't buy from international market because ALL non local production will be IMEI blocked on march next year.
Moreover, worst Indonesian tier QC, around 5-10% devices has some sort of defect such as bad panels, scratches body, some sensor defects, or come bricked already
I always sceptical with this kind of 'reports'. I mean, do the number really show sales to end-users? If it is, so it means retailers inform Xiaomi how many they sell to users?
If it just the number to show how much they shipped out, it's not the same as how many people really buying the phone.
Due of success of Redmi Note 7 here in Brasil this Black Friday the Redmi Note 8 was one of the most searched items by buyers... I can believe a lot was sold.
wasox, 02 Dec 2019Thid number is to be expected, most of them sold in china, anything, anything sells in big num... moremisinformed comment. most of sales are from india where xiaomi has the biggest market. in china their market share under 10%
Geric.770, 02 Dec 2019I have to admit and say this: "Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 (that I used right now) is the bestest $18... moreI bought for 139$ with shipping from aliexpress 11.11, even now is the same price. For 4/64GB, yep for that price it is really good, but there is also bad thinks like back camera is way uoutside od the back cover, also 'redmi' logo on front.. nah, we are in late 2019, not 2016.. But like i said is not that bad phone for 140 bucks
Thid number is to be expected, most of them sold in china, anything, anything sells in big numbers precisely in china, thousands of millions of consumers, even really bad devices sells in huge quantities there, all chinese brands always post this kind of figures, a more real indicator would separate domestic and foreign figures
I have to admit and say this:
"Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 (that I used right now) is the bestest $180 smartphone hands down. Everything on this phone has it all. Even Samsung mid-range phones cannot compete. Oppo/Realme and Vivo not even close."
Bought redmi Note 8 for my friend, I must say it's the bang for the buck. It get things done for the day light photos and videos with great battery and snappy performance. The drawback is that it's only on flash sale but still moonlight white is an easy grap.
BTW I'm using Redmi Note 4 and I recently got miui 11 update.
Adul Al Salami Kebab, 02 Dec 2019Xiaomi is good I most admit, tough I still have not bought any of their products! OwOTrue. Same though I don't own any Xiaomi phones. They beat Vivo and Oppo both in product sales and quality
Xiaomi is good I most admit, tough I still have not bought any of their products! OwO
