Or because they want the newest technology and classic wired earphones that were around since forever are not that anymore. Beside that, which is a paradox, sound quality is often better on wireless headphones because they are packed with technology. Only good wired earphones provide great sound but you also need FLAC files or Tidal Hi-Fi subscription in order to hear any difference and most people just use Spotify or similar "low" quality streaming service.
The thing that I don't get it is why cheaper smartphones have headphone jack but flagships, that supposed to have all and the best features, don't :ThinkingEmoji:
So Samsung loves to alternates between copying iPhones and Huawei

So all the news about S10 lite and Note10 lite is just a new model for the A series, then?
And still, Note9 is a better option (SD845 version of course). The only thing going for this, is a year plus of mayor software updates (assumimg it'll come with Android 9).
What in the world is Samsung doing?! They're having midrangers in the format of the S11. They're having lite flagship phones... ??? Their midrangers look like the flagships, now they're creating flagship midrangers?! How confusing is getting to buy Samsung devices
A81 A91 no jack no sd card A51 A71 including all features only drawback processor
the first picture seems to shows curved side edges in the screen as usual, while the second seem to not have curves. i hope there is no curve and i'll go back to samsung in a blink of an eye.
There's a headphone jack.
I am now awakened.
Dang they are suckering me into this model now...3.5mm.
They should've launched it this year. All these expensive mid rangers will not be able to compete with the Xiaomi Mí 10. Where I live A70 costs $330, mi 9 $350 and the A80 $520! I'm sure the A81 will be priced around $550 to $600. Good luck with that.
GAMIRSFM, 04 Dec 2019Wait a Note10 with a headphone jack? Is samsung going to revive the jack????????????I'm not counting on it...shame it's not up to date hardware as we're very near end of cycle with next generation projected with material gains, so using last gen hardware is a solid two generations behind, not to mention Exynos is somewhat behind SD these three generations.
If it's up to date then I'd seriously be considering this device instead, I do quite like an integrated stylus, but lack of the jack, old camera hardware(like Note10, ironically), or old SoC push me away.
Why launch a Samsung galaxy S10 lite when you are about to launch the S11 series?
Wait a Note10 with a headphone jack? Is samsung going to revive the jack????????????
So this is the worst version of Note 10 series.
Just stop Samsung. Even Note 9 is a better deal this year.
If this phone has a larger battery than the s10 plus, with faster wired charging, I'll be sold!
AnonD-558092, 04 Dec 2019Too early to see a trend here.Just a thought but it seems likely to be this way
