[deleted post]Android article(excluding 1 or 2) never gets such comments like nokia articles. Who will waste their times on that boring page. Even u the fandroid guys also left the article and came here to troll. Just check the gsmarena's post regularly. U will get ur answer, if u have active eyes.
And dear, i already have Iphone 4s. I like iOS, unlike the crappy droid.
Who the hell r u to stop me. It's a open forum, gsmarena give permission to me post comment, then who r u??

Off topic: Hope you have read an article on Sony accepting the issue with Xperia S display.
It seems sony wants to make a good comeback, first and most important aspect, win the userbase.
Probably, Nokia too should have done something similar.

i heard that ELOP, the big guy in nokia, pronounced SYMBIAN as dead just like a doctor does.... moreLol.Elop never said Symbian is dead. He said that it will get support till 2016. If it is dead, then why it is getting updates. Can u clarify me? The 'dead' word criticised by u guys. Yah! We all know that it will be dead after 2016, but not now buddy. It's still alive. And if symbian is such a dying platform, then why this article is so much popular. (over 250 comments till now).
Are u not happy with ur alive droid buddy?
blueglue, 03 Apr 2012I am behind you... shivering. :)

i heard that ELOP, the big guy in nokia, pronounced SYMBIAN as dead just like a doctor does. what's the point of your comment. no offense...symbian WAS awesome 3? 6 years back, but a good OS is no good when it is already forsaken by it'sa creator. unless another creator steps forward and take it out of the trash...
oh....hi blueglue.... how's life going?

aaptk, 02 Apr 2012let me answer. i could simply say that 90% of features in mobiles today come from nokia, erics... moreprobably there is another version for your point 2.
i'm sure nokia can follwo their choice of naming convention, however, Giving a name than a number increases the IDENTITY. Its more approachable and can be remembered easily than confusing number. Google has picked up this early and acheived success.
Imagine if "naming a mobile software releases" was patented (just like our innumerous patents of apple), then surely we should agree with the comments of 'The Man'.
I dont say nokia has copied this aspect, but it sure did adapt it.
Previously I was a symbian fan.. but then I realize that nokia always late :
- providing split screen input, while android and WM do it from the start
- pull down notification bar
- and also the on-screen keyboard design.. anna/belle keyboard is too unfriendly that we always do mistype. finally they improve the layout in carla, but it's far too late
- they always improve the browser, but what for? leave it to opera mobile. I never use the symbian browser.. even belle browser is still unfriendly
so, now I'm switching to Optimus Black (android).. and I got a really friendly UI that I never found in symbian.. Besides, they are tons of usefull apps in Android.
I'm a musician, and I need guitar/piano app. there is also belle app for guitar/piano, but multitouch point in Belle is only 2 point, while in Gingerbread is 5. again, Symbian is too late for multitouch..
LMAO @ the insecure Android fans here who tries hard to over hype that crappy OS. Nokia Belle is already better than Android ICS and Nokia Carla will continue this trend and beat Android Jellybean.

your not the only one who noticed it dreary..
could mean something. Like nokia might be deciding to use android...or might be incorporating android to symbian. imagine....andrioid symbian. like robocop hahaha
Carla looks really good - but this OS could have done a LOT better if they hadn't announced plans to discontinue in another couple of years. Its a shame really, to see such a good interface come out 3 years behind competition.
On an unrelated note, why is there an android on the background? That's weird...
