Hmm maybe they will use wireless charging only? Would fix the issue of people coming in for port repairs! XD

T... moreGotta say, the only problem with that concept is probably the speakers. That's like the only thing that is holding that idea back. Also the decision with the ports are confusing like having their latest beats products go with Lightning yet again, not to mention the AirPods Pro as well. It's about time they shift towards USB-C cos lets face it, even though the Lightning Port was the best technology innovation from them, its limited by the throughput, data and charging wise. At this point going port-less, I will say its too soon for apple to do that. They should attempt to have an iPhone with better USB speed cos the current gen is still not at USB 3.0 standards. So yeah, they should at the very least attempt to go for the USB-C option.

Really don't mind that Apple is going portless but the real problem is: Andoird OEMS are going to follow like sheeps!!! That's the real threat and I am scared as hell!

The idea is to create a phone without any openings. Not an easy task. But once that is done. The excuse can be found.

              1. Fully waterproof and dust proof.. at least to a depth before it is crush by water pressure.
              2. You can coat the entire thing is a strong material.. like sapphire. Making it virtually scratch proof.. drop proof.
              3. A taunting to all third phone repairman.. no way to open it up, no way to replace anything. A true iFixit with zero score. And a 1 to 1 replacement phone. No battery replacement. A new battery tech is preferred.. one that do not degrade over time.
              4. Gimmicky look, a true eye turner, making you the center of attention.

If I was still into iPhone, the "5.4 is the one to get. The SE 2 that looks like the 8 is a waste of time and money. The "5.4 is as close as to the dream iPhone SE X.

The 5.4 inch screen looks interesting, am a bit over the big screens. As the article says the charging port is useful for travel, no one wants to cart round a wireless charger on a trip. At least not all models are dropping it and Apple may actually give its customers a choice.
