Why in the world are they removing ports?

First, the headphone jack because it takes "space" lol.

Now they are removing the lightning port instead of replacing it for USB C to make it more inconvenient.

I guess if you can afford a 1000 dollar phone you can also afford high-end BT headphones and a high end charging pad or whatever the term they are going to use when they reveal the thing
