I flashed 4.0.3 back in January and few days ago flashed 4.0.4 manually again. No OTA here, rarely, I'm in Bosnia. Manual flash is easy, just Google it, you can do it in 5 minutes.

SGS2 is updated by Samsung and is completely different from the Nexus devices. Samsung is to blame for the SGS2, not Google. Samsung has no hand in updating the Nexus updates (except maybe hosting it on Kies, not sure of that)

I bought Nexus S because it is google phone, which suppose to have latest OS version by OTA update easily..
Alas...! Nobody gets ICS 4.0.3 on their nexus s unless you flash it manually
So, my i9023 GSM nexus still stuck with gingerbread!

I had 4.0.3 on my Nexus S for three months and it worked perfectly. After update to 4.0.4 it is horrible, battery life sucks! It is I9023, and all of you guys who are on 4.0.3 and working nice - don't go to 4.0.4!!
