They dont use on Alpha.
They prefer photos that are as close as possible as the real scene.
Not over enhanced HDR photos.

Finally. Drastic changes from Sony. Its been long overdue. I wouldnt mind paying high price for that specs. I bet their camera computational photography gonna be a huge update as well, considering that amount of camera module.
If next Huawei Mate 40 still not getting official GMS, I might back to Sony. Come on Sony, impress me. Currently rocking on solid Mate 20.

Rokka, 09 Dec 2019Next thing you know, smartphone camera will become 7 and look like nokia 9 pureviewCome to think of it, Light has teamed up with Sony right after teaming up with HMD Nokia to make Nokia 9 PureView. I don't know how Light's camera software can work with all different cameras that Sony has on the Xperia 3, unlike Nokia 9 where all cameras have the same specs with exceptions to the filters.
