Provide as much information as possible when asking for help, at least try doing what people suggest or explain why you don't think it will help.
Wiping everything is actually an extremely effective quick fix for consumer products. That's why people often start with that question, to avoid bug fixing every single app and setting each user have got.

It's the standard process of resolving an issue by taking you offline for at least a day and making you wish you never asked for help.

I'm eternally banned for flagging moderators who were lying to customers and deleting useful posts.

So, I register on Samsung Members, got & installed the update, and now am trying to resolve an issue that Android 10 was supposed to address - Android Streaming Hearing Aid (ASHA) support.

I have a pair of Resound LiNX Quatrro hearing aids, one of their "selling points" was how they had collaborated with Google to implement ASHA support in these, and their website notes that streaming (directly) from an Android phone requires Bluetooth 5.0 (which the S9 has) and Android 10 (which my phone has, as of today), but no joy with streaming.

Does anyone know if the One UI 2 / Android 10 beta for the S9 actually includes ASHA, or (if it does), is Resound simply selling vaporware?
