This would allow Huawei to put GMS on the Huawei P40 Lite, as that Nova 6 SE has certification for acceptance. It's simply a rename, which is perfectly legal, given regional variations quite regularly have different names.

huawei mate 20 comes with rectangular camera on the middle wont be considered copying apple, but when they moved it to upper left, then people called it copying.
How about we see what Huawei done here
-when apple chamfering their phone, huawei followed
-when apple create their laptop, huawei matebook somewhat 'similar' to apple
-we can see in the past huawei UI is "inspired" by iOS
-apple put their camera to upper left, then huawei moved it to upper left too, now people will compared it no matter what because its has similar appearance in whole, if huawei still retain their camera position on mid, people wont called it copying
