Samsung won't sit still with these, they won't let Huawei surpass them... Wonder what will they do.
Steve Gates, 13 Dec 2019The prices are just affordable because Samsung is more on quality.Man you are funny. Other brands low end and mid rangers can last at least same time or even longer than Samsung devices.
The J series were completely horrible with 1-2 years of life without any fuss and slow down after that the phones went insane stop cooperating at all.
If Huawei got the support of google it would surely surpassed all other companies this time. That goes to show how good their phones.
frostmore, 13 Dec 2019Here's a little suggestion:
Stop with the knox nonsense and keep that for the corporate offic... moreDoubt the company, that repeatedly mocks Apple and then goes on to implement the feature that they were insulting on their own devices, will listen to us.
ex. Wallhugger ad for S5. It was followed by the sealed battery S6 lmao.
Adul Al Salami Kebab, 13 Dec 2019Well multiple of the Chinese brands has Linux support, cannot say same for Samsung or Apple... >.Samsung promoted Linux support on their Tab S6 as selling point.
And then proceed to drop it. lol
Kingslayer, 13 Dec 2019Don't care for neither. Samsung forces us to update to their software. LG doesn't bother me... moreWell multiple of the Chinese brands has Linux support, cannot say same for Samsung or Apple... >.
Swm1, 13 Dec 2019Yeah.. still around 80 million ahead then.. And with middle and top range phones that sell for... moreIf they could have entered the US market they would probably lead at this point... UwU
Steve Gates, 13 Dec 2019The prices are just affordable because Samsung is more on quality. Not true, did u ever had a Huawei Mate flagship og P serie Phone? No doubt we talking quality here to.
I had many Sammy S serie and Note serie phones, last one was the Note 9 i sold again after 1 week when i got my Mate 20 X and the Honor Note 10, much better phones in my eyes.
But again, we all are different and good luck for that.
Anonymous, 13 Dec 2019Hawuie just need to make a one ui type OS then they will win! Some nice models but the bloatwa... moreFalse the software is vastly superior to ONE ui the one coming with even more bloat is Samsung, who wants the following Microsoft apps, Facebooks apps ,NBL along with 20 more sports + TV apps or and some markets get even more crap! O3O
Yeah.. still around 80 million ahead then.. And with middle and top range phones that sell for higher price..
Yeah they still have a long way to go to catch Samsung! Mostly cheap phones for Chinese market. Doesn't = "GLOBAL" leader!
Here's a little suggestion:
Stop with the knox nonsense and keep that for the corporate offices and military/government agencies.
Stop copying crapple. the removal of the 3.5mm jack is not helping anyone. crapple is an overpriced phone with overpriced gadgets that is worth less than half the price it's selling for. Give us quality products, not overpriced rubbish.
Look at the chinese phone makers, they are giving what the consumers wants without bending over for crapple's designs.
Samsung phones aren't worth to buy anyway. In my country A50 is more expensive than Xiaomi Mi 9 Lite. And Xiaomi offers better specs.
I keep saying this all the time.
Samsung's cameras on the S and Note Series, HAVE to be atleast 2 generations ahead of the rest of the market (especially Huawei for photo and iPhone for video). The new Snapdragon 865 allows for triple frame for HDR video (the iPhone 11 allows for double frame, though it can sustain it at upto 4k 60p). Therefore this next generation of android smartphones (using the Snapdragon865 in 2020), will have true (multiframe exposure) HDR video, and much better HDR photos too (arguably, upto 64MP).
It's superb that Samsung's imaging department has great new sensors and also that it bought Corephotonics. It needs to ensure that the zoom as well as other technologies of Corephotonics are not only incorporated, but also incorporated faster and more efficiently than the competition. 3x 7x and 11x optical zoom could be an option.
I keep saying this. The Bayer Pattern limitation is one thing they should concentrate on getting rid of. That way they will have way sharper photos and much improved lowlight.
Kingslayer, 13 Dec 2019Don't care for neither. Samsung forces us to update to their software. LG doesn't bother me... morelol, i never had trouble transferring files without the usage of manufacturer software from both samsung and xiaomi.
Kingslayer, 13 Dec 2019Don't care for neither. Samsung forces us to update to their software. LG doesn't bother me... moreWhat do you mean? I never used Hisuite but just transfered files directly onto my last phone which was the p20.
Hawuie just need to make a one ui type OS then they will win! Some nice models but the bloatware ughhhhhhhhh
Anonymous, 13 Dec 2019The difference in speed is huge. Android it self becomes more and more stable. The RAM alone i... moreyet majority of users just use their phone for social media app posting photo etc.
speed just not really important when come to this group of user
Don't care for neither.
Samsung forces us to update to their software. LG doesn't bother me with this. But since I already have the latest update on my LG G5, it won't bother me anyway. My Pixel 3 and Essential Phone will still ask me. A window pops up. But I just press the home button or pill button and it goes away in a second. I might see it again in another week.
As for Huawei, I don't want to use HiSuite or whatever. I literally can't put files onto my Xiaomi Mi 3 via computer because I no longer have a Windows computer which could runs Mi Suite. I don't like the Chinese program stuff. So much of a hassle like iTunes. Huawei makes sexier phones though. That's about it. I'll stick to closer to stock Android.
