AnonD-41401, 05 Apr 2012Why are they not releasing this as a Windows Phone?! Phones should be released without a OS... moreSadly...windows phone 7 doesn't support a dual core CPU. Sammy would probably release such hardware on windows 8
4 inch screen and onscreen buttons==>a bit clustered if you ask me, and if it is 720p all i have to say is wow, and if this is going to be midrange, duuuuude hard core from sammy, and i read that someone said sgs3 will for sure have 1080p, this is pentile sgs3 will have rgb 720p which is much better than pentile...
Why does it have 100% battery in the notification area? It doesen't seem to be plugged to any cable. Does it have wireless charging?
minus the HD screen, this device is no match to upcoming Sony Xperia P. and it will look like toys when compare to Xperia S.
Xperia is classic compare to copycat iGalaxy
Here we go again with the nonsense:
"...because with a pixel density of a mind-boggling 367 PPI, you're not going to notice any difference at all..."
PLEASE visit an optometrist and stop posting nonsense like that... People that do not have impaired vision WILL be able to notice!
Verbal_Criminal, 05 Apr 2012 WP is a great SOFTWARE not HARDWARE. but WP is not the future. By Great Hardware, he meant the phone not WP.
N if these specs cum out to b true then it seems that htc one x n other flagship droids might only b competetors to samsung's midrange phones when it cums to value-for-money droids or display. The things that htc one x has more than this phone are-
Good luck htc.
Does this not seem close to galaxy note specs? (save for the screen).
Well if this midrange smartphone from samsung's gonna have a 720p display n mali-400mp then there's no way that the sgs3 will have such specs. M nw almost certain that sgs3 will hav a 1080p display n the mali-T604 gpu. Rock on sammy!
This is interesting! Finally normal 4" phone with AMOLED. Still looks like LG Optimus Black.
SII is to wide for my hand, this should be ok, if they are not making huge bezel of course.
with a 4 inch screen and on-screen buttons, that is going to be a rather small phone. and since when did mid-range phones adopt 720P displays?
A 4 inch screen with 720p resolution.
That's perfect - I find that 4" is just the right size screen to have in smartphone, not too large, not too small.
It beats having a large 4.65" screen to enjoy HD resolution.
