Vegetaholic, 17 Dec 2019Cloud gaming is the future, problems is, people care only about Playstation an Xbox brand, Goo... morecurrently Google promised 4K, but a lot of games don't even support that. (red dead redemption....boasted 4K, but even developer only had 2K) Upscaling doesn't count as 4k
There is no price justification (as you need to purchase games separately..not like they are cheaper digitally)
Current 4k generation (PC & some consoles) have bigger library, and better gaming experience overall too. Stadia is actually more costly (one off + monthly subscription) than other 4K options right now (xbox & ps4 pro)..and doesn't actually perform better.

AnonD-844557, 17 Dec 2019Wait a couple of years and it will be gone just like Google glassCloud gaming is the future, problems is, people care only about Playstation an Xbox brand, Google is a grey goose in this. It is up to them to convince people about unlimited power benefits and exclusives by signing big studios to produce titles, without them, no one will bother about Stadia

Listen to Reggie Fils-Aime, former American President of the gaming Gods, Nintendo. Services like Google and OnLive will thrive on game streaming in 10 years from now.

Maybe 7G or 8G will finally give Google the negative Latency and unrestricted 4K/60fps or 144hz they wanted.
