Hlw guys, this is Fahad from Bangladesh. Got the ICS update in my HTC Sensation few days ago. Its cool and facing no problem so far!!
Received the ICS and sense 3.6 uopdate for my HTC sensation last week, in Uganda. Happy with the additions however it is buggy and quite slow now.
SWAROOP, 09 Apr 2012My Sensation also updated to android 4.0.3 and sense 3.6 in india. Overall it feels good to us... moreWas it a ota update, and is ur mobile sensation purchased in India???I still don't find an update.
Got the update a week ago and my XE is behaving steady so far. No problem and Sense is more stable than the previous one. From the Philippines.
Rec. ICS update Pakistan sensation xe . All good but seems like a bug is present.
After midnight WiFi and mobile data turns itself ON automatically. All day it's normal but just after midnight even if u turn all data connections OFF, after sometime it's ON again.
Contacted HTC support. They did try to help by making me use my mobile in safe mode disabling 3rd party softwares to see if any application is doing this forcefully but that's not the case.
My ROM as per HTC is Malaysian so asked me to contact HTC indonasia.
Found this bug after ICS update. And mostly I keep all data connections OFF. So that is the only problem. Checked several forums regarding this issue so I am not the only one affected. Some ppl found out it has to do something with WPA supplicant driver. And only HTC can address this issue. Or you have a rooted device.
Waiting for correction.

Question: I am still hesitant with updating to ICS as my saved date might be erased during the process. My laptop is busted so I cannot transfer my files for backup.Should I just remove my memory card before updating my phone? Moreover, comments here are saying that the update is buggy. Is it? I hope you can give your experience with ICS. Maraming salamat!
Had my XE last week and it worked perfectly, somehow noticed a much better interface and no bugs so far and hope it stays that way.

I updated my Sensation 2 weeks ago. There are some good changes such as the keyboard pop out right away in contact app after press the Search key, etc. But it seems to bring some bad things also. One of them is call drop during conversation and automatic hang up the incoming call just after a few rings. Anyone is having the same problem?
how did you downgrade to gingerbread ? by doing a factory reset ? I am having also problems with my device with the new icecream sandwitch.
update'd to I.C.S. - no visual/esthetic change (like the one in Nexus - the predominant blue stile )
the scrolling acceleration is a bit unresponsive )
AND DON'T UPDATE IF UN ARE S-ON - the 1.27.000 HBOOT can't be unloked
