Others did it a year agowell when u say this u better know even the 5G networks are not yet so great see MKBHD`s video to know it properly .. there is alwys a reason when apple gives something and when not ! apple is a game changer company for a reason!

My suggestion is to never record with image stabilization, if it's really that important to you better do it in the post.

Sensor stabilization can handle rotational motion too. Rotary blur is a problem on consumer cameras that have a clicking shutter button on the side of the body. That mechanical click rotates the camera 1 to 3 pixels along the outside of the sensor. Maybe future iPhones will have mechanical camera buttons that cause rotary blur with a good solid click feel? (Professional cameras have mushy shutter buttons)

At least the camera bump prevents Chinese HDC (High Definition Copy) companies from shamelessly copying the iPhone and insert low-end hardware, ex. Mediatek MT8560 chipset and Android skin, then sell it at a cheap price. AKA fake phones. The iPhone 11 Pro HDC fails to mimick the original one because of its black plastic cover camera. The S10's punch hole cam also fails the HDC company too (you can Google them)
The notch is what I find slightly disturbing, it could be shrinked, but it compensates for the very reliable Face ID apart from the iPhone X. The phone itself is too heavy in my opinion.
So you go tell those copycats to stop selling their products to Southeast Asian countries otherwise the trend for ugly design solutions will continue.

Sensor shift always subpar to Optical stabilisation. That cost saving and nothing improving. Buyer can consider skip this iPhone if Apple really cutdown on camera quality.

It removes all the small jitters that you would see on a phone without OIS. And no, it does not produce a jello effect, only EIS does that. Also I believe EIS would look way worse on a phone without OIS compared to a phone with OIS.....
