All brands have this issue (maybe not Apple, the company he works for fixes all brands aside from Apple)

It was repaired in an authorized service center. Instead of only fixing the front screen (glass), they replaced the whole front part of the phone (includes battery and display which was just fine) and charged quite a lot for them.

Samsungs may seem cheap to repair but it ends up being Apple.

Just frankly speaking, Samsung may seem to be cheap to repair but the Note 10's battery kinked during Zack's video (which is unsafe). Apple on the other hand, used excessively strong pull tabs but the battery is safer to be removed and replaced. Actually the 11 Pro has improved in terms of repairability but the back body/glass. It's sad to see Samsung indirectly becoming greedy and unthoughtful.

The back was difficult to open and I had to use isopropyl alcohol to remove the battery safely. It really is just stupid :/

Can't wait for these jokers to create soldered batteries. As well as their legions of fans to defend it.

All for the sake of being 0.000001mm sexier devices.

As usual, these corporate giants want to save every penny on production cost & yet overcharge their customers as much as possible.

Also, replacing tapes & pull-tabs with glue is not good for consumers, as it makes phones harder to repair & replace parts by yourself. Most Samsung phones this year came with glued batteries, which makes them harder & dangerous to replace. You can watch JerryRig's videos on this subject if you need proof or details.
