This is a far bigger compromise and the main reason I'm not upgrading. With the rumored Lite variant, the old SoC is the main reason. If S11e keeps the 108MP(doesn't have to be the nonacell) and still has the jack, I might consider it, but if Samsung fails their next flagship launch by castrating the jack on all models, or refuses to put the 108MP and the jack in the same model, I'm defecting to Asus or LG 100%.

The speed at which Samsung turned around the Galaxy Fold disaster, to their advantage is also truly remarkable.
SPEED is the name of the game in 2019 and by 2020, people churning out hardware and software slowly will be on the back foot.
And Smartphone Camera will be the Single Most important feature in any smartphone in 2020, in smartphone of every processor range.

The Samsung Fold seems to be the only actually usable foldable phone until the Razr 2019. But the Razr is like a 2015 flagship or 2017 mid range, with a price way higher than most 2019 flagships. The Razr is a one trick pony. It has a zexy folding mechanism. Everything else is meh on it. Huawei relaxed its folding phone, but no real reviews came out and by its folding mechanism outwards, its guaranteed to die in a week, without any significant cover and plus it will have more issues.
So the Samsung Fold seems to be ahead, for the moment. Unless Apple joins the fray, makes a folding phone for $3000-400, adds oomph, and and tweaks hardware and software just a little bit.

I have Galaxy A50 in India. This time Samsung done really good job in Update Section. I received every monthly security patches and major updates for camera and fingerprint sensor.

Loser: Galaxy Note 10 duo. While being overall pretty good devices, Samsung decided to trade the headphone jack for 100 mAh more battery, which killed the "Note philosophy" of a device with no compromises. For the first time for Samsung, previous flagship has more features than the newer one.

Excellent news. Android is a very good platform. Personally I prefer Android by far more than iOS. The quality is exceptional these days.
And we have very good handsets. Better than the iPhone 11. Even the cameras we have are better.
But above all... Android handsets with the 'beast' is 865 and Dimensity 1000 are going to raise android to absolutely insane levels never seen before.
Android is so good that it is multi tasking and can be run by so many brands and chipsets.
Everyone who has Android... You haven't seen anything yet until the 865 flagships are out.
We android users have never had it so good.
I have used the iPhone 11 pro max. And the camera is nice but overrated. The night shots are not as good as Apple claim. And the zoom is so noisy. And jerky and the ios is fairly fluid. But not as capable as android especially with multi tasking.
Android and there handsets are truly above and beyond ios and apple.
And I am an ex iPhone 11 pro max user.

Really only S and Note series are Samsung's worthy and respectable products.
The whole Axx Series are just a bunch of overpriced phones.
