Won't be doing 2 days any time soon. Unless you turn it off on day 1. As soon as Chinese manufacturers sort out the cameras, the big boys are in bother. Sony are probably one of the few to stand a chance. A 3800mA in their devices would likely be superb. For the rest a battery over 4300mA is required.

Not including the 5G modem inside the SD865 chip was a desperate move by Qualcomm to match Apple's speed, and they could not achieve that by including the modem into the SoC. The Qualcomm SD765 is a much better chip for most tasks.

At moderated use any cellphone with 3800 mAh can give 2 days.
Now if person grabs phone every 2 min to see messages, play 3 hours of games, takes 100 photos, records 30 min of videos, make many calls, use 4G/5G etc, even a phone with 6000mAh will die before 8 pm.

People nowadays spend too much time on cellphones.
