It wouldn't give them good press though. So it's just not ever going to happen. I'd be happy if I were wrong though.

Also one of those "true waterdrop" notches i.e. they're really shaped like a liquid almost dropping from an edge would be better.

I hate the stupid notch I like the full width one but the this one I hate it so much why not a pop out selfie camera?? Get with the times LG! And EVERYONE ELSE!

Even if it's toe to toe against its curved brethren, S10e sold the least among the S10 trio. With that logic, no one uses flat screen. I remembered our queen, Kiyasuriin said that she liked the curved screen because it looked like a gem and it's luxurious looking too.

Although I have several complaints about LG's customer service, I will admit that the audio and general build quality of the V30s is excellent. I wish they were better on that end as the rest of the rumored specs of the G9 sound perfect for my needs!

S Yu, 05 Jan 2020Still ugly, but a notable improvement. Would be very decent if only they used a popup cam.If they added the pop-up camera, they'll lose the coveted combo of IP68 and MIL-STD-810G. It's better to keep the small notch than losing both. Sad that Hand ID failed. I really liked the LG software for the ToF sensor.

I recently purchased it on ebay for less than 300 bucks. You just gotta wait till the prices drop. Not worth it to buy them immediately when they release.

If this will be the only flagship phone with 3,5mm jack in 2020, than it is only flagship phone I will consider to buy. LG have a really good audio output ( not better than a dedicated device but one of the best on the market as a phone ). Hope they will not overprice the device ( as they sometimes did ). Wish best of luck to LG phones in 2020 :D

Some crap "trends" are still followed like the notch, screens longer than 2:1 ratio (I believe the G9 still follows this), and the concept "larger is better", while the remaining seems good though.

Flat screen is best. Ergonomic .
3.5 mm i love.
Only thing that is missing is Replaceable battery. :)
