Have been using Mi phones since more than 10 years ago, with many models changing hand.. recently bought redmi note 9 and Redmi note 10 pro for work.. SO disappointed, missing all the Mi dialer, which I needed the most .. Google dialer sucks! Xiaomi please do something to this..SOON.. You are going to lose many customers if it is on Google dialers in future..

Xiaomi or Redmi is using one of worst google dialer on its recent mobiles. I hate google dialer. My redmi 6 and redmi 9 were excellent, but when i purchased xiaomi 11x, I got great trouble in call recording . I hate google dirty google dialer. I request xiaomi to update dialer as early as possible.

I have been using Redmi phones since their launch in India right from Redmi 1S. Everyone in the family use Redmi phone. Totally disappointed with Phone dialer , Messaging / SMS, Contacts App on the Redmi Note 10T 5G.
The reason Redmi was preferred over other competitor phones was the MIUI and the app's features at an affordable price.
The google apps are still rudimentary, need the MI apps to be rolled out for the phone.
As a customer I want to have control on the customer experience. One option is let both apps be there let users decide which one they want to use.
