It seems that is the problem on the Sony device because my friend with Pixel has not this problem.

Can someone tell me why the dark theme used before the old days and later turn into white theme and now just want it "U turn", it's is the reason for hide notch or hole for aesthetic?

I prefer light theme instead of dark theme, those dark theme lover must have a notch or hole have to rely a dark theme to hide it.

You think you are going to achieve something by having pitch black pixels instead of low brightness? You will not feel the difference at all, turn down the brightness on your phone that's how you save battery cause pixles firing up at 100% on OLED is what kills the battery.

Doesn't register so I have to hot the power button. Apart from that I feel it's slick compared to pie and more responsive now.

- It's an older flagship.
- A 2019 smartphone no matter the price range should have more features anyway, nothing to brag about.
It's nice to know someone's using Sony after hearing people only talk about Samsung, Apple, Huawei, Xiaomi and the smartphones made by BBK.

Actually greyscale would be fine and darker blue background with white text should be more readable, because high contrast strain much more than drain the battery.
