Step 1: Release defective products with issues.
Step 2: If within warranty period or still current flagship, blame user and make them pay for repairs to make more money from repairs.
Step 3: Only acknowledge product defect once warranty period is already way past and they have made profits from making hapless customers pay for repairs.
Step 4: Repeat Steps 1 to 3 for every product line they sold.
Step 5: Profit.

Too Late now. I had the one for the iPhone Xs Max. It would lose connection when I removed it from my pocket as if it the case was loose. I did have issues every now in then with charging but around September. I went to he apple store but they never called or emailed when the replacement case arrived and they sent it back. I ended up buying the iPhone 11 Pro.
