TooFatTooFurious, 14 Jan 2020I'm just happy that there's separate versions for S20 Ultra and S20 Ultra 5G.
That alone will... moreMy guess is that the optics will provide us with 5x optical zoom.
Given that the telephoto sensor is rumored to be a 48 Mpx one, possibly with a quad-bayer functionality, 10x optical zoom can be achieved by cropping the 48 Mpx image and getting the center image (12 Mpx); since it won't be upscaled in any way, it's not a digital zoom, but probably not a fully optical one either.
sirol, 14 Jan 2020All those news, where were written, that all versions will have 1/1,33" sensor was lie?Do you realize all those "news" are "leaks" and leaks are/might be, by nature, inaccurate?
I'm just happy that there's separate versions for S20 Ultra and S20 Ultra 5G.
That alone will save like 300$ on a feature that is years away in my country.
(and 10x optical zoom? holy cow!)
All those news, where were written, that all versions will have 1/1,33" sensor was lie?
If I start saving now I might be able to buy the S20 Ultra by 2022
I would have thought that this famed 108mp sensor would have been in all S-Series phones given that its somewhat a flagship sensor for the S-Range, big mistake, its should have been simple for Samsung..
S20 - 108mp Wide/16mp Ultra-Wide/TOF Lens
S20 Plus adds a 16mp Telephoto unit with 3x optical zoom
S20 Ultra a 48mp Periscope lens alongside a Macro lens as well, giving it the broadest scope..
The S20 and S20+ are simply the renamed S10e and S10+ albeit alittle larger..

Just make sure that you aren't using your handset while charging, placing it in adequate air supply (to cool down the phone), and charging it correctly.

A13 has about 3400 multicore and about 1300 singlecore score in Geekbench 5. One thing, remember that Samsung has one of the least optimized Android OS. It can lead to reduction in benchmark score tests, although of course, benchmark tests aren't foolproof and 100% reliable.
From what I know it can be from superwide to tele, 12mp, 108mp, 48mp, tof for most pricy one, then for other 2 it will be 12mp, 12mp(1.8um pixels), 64/48mp, /tof.
Output from both 12mp and 108mp sensors will be interesting.
Ultra 48mp with at least 5x optical and plus/non-plus ver. 64/48mp probably 3x, still quite the resolution in tele.
Wow, if results of geekbench true, we have a new era of laptops in a smartphones. 3200 for multiscore and 900 for single core means it beats one of the top of the lines i7 laptop chipset from 2012, i7 3840qm, which was extremely powerful back in a days and still is with 4 cores and 8 threads scoring around 3100 on multicores and 800 on single core. What a days we are leaving in :) smartphones as powerful as top of the lines laptops from just 7 years ago :)

Fast charging is never good for battery.

That's some impressive hardware and prev leaks claimed 5x optical but hopefully it will be 10x
