NipponFan, 17 Jan 2020More Chinese junk flooding the market. Xiaomi should stop and release less devices. Before 6 years I had to pay around 580 USD to get a good smart phone which can't affords now after getting married and having kids . Now I am paying only 230 USD, thanks to the chinese brands as Xiaomi and Huawei :)

Xiaomi should make Poco like BBK made OnePlus, a focused brand as flagship killer with its own OS that is closer to regular Android. BBK made OnePlus Oxygen OS to be like stock, despite their other brands using Color/Funtouch OS.

Good job. I like the philosophy/design decisions in the F1. I have no problem with LCD and plastic backs. I actually prefer as they're more practical and makes the phone more affordable!

It's too early for Poco to be an independent brand. They currently only have 1 model to sell and that's already outgoing (2 years old, but still can be bought).
realme has many variants and most of them are selling well so it's OK if realme becomes an independent brand.
