I'm gonna 5G-proofing by purchasing Snapdragon 765 device or Snapdragon 865 device.

Glad that Samsung has a common sense with this decision. Here in Malaysia, 5G is still under trial and I don't think I'll be seeing a full implementation of that until late this year or probably sometime in 2021.

I get it that not everyone needs it. But higher speeds and reduce latency are always a good thing.

5 g for phone? to upload few photos? chat whit messenger? Check email? Watch youtube? Well 4 g perform great for those tasks :) 5G hype is chance to increase smartphones prices overall because man its 5G new techology trend :) I only need super fast internet only at home for desktop rig.
