As ugly as the ugliness itself as the android so far been in it's looks, appeal, working, movements.... No revolution in new OS except a few steps evolution...still in dwarf mode of thing by Microsoft.. First don't copy which are available. Start New for revolution and go single handed and in one direction with true purpose. Microsoft's mind is like if not one then there is other to hold on to..They are in so much hurry to come into market as other companies are creating things that it is not creating and copying or exaggerating one thing and pulling people into thinking that it's creation is true for productivity now in the mode of a new product lineup.. This option to create dual screened productive tool instrument can been done far back in the distant history as well all the tools are available there and then itself. This is so much obvious that such a product has been so productive and nis already in people's mind and waiting for such tool. However the blunder now is they partnered with Google, which is a very boring limited incomplete immature roomed OS where there is no chance for new and no provision for productivity. Had they partnered with Apple, It could have been better or should they go their Windows OS modified according to The product's form factor would have been even much better, Try how hard Microsoft may, They can't make it productive but only in looks and appeal using their Windows icons, when going Google's movements. Google's OS is not productive, It's entirely entertainment and end user oriented with no on the platform development opportunities like Surface or Apple Which are atleast useful to heavy productive tasks unlike Android which is locked room with no amenities. Microsoft must on this event again think and take seriously into consideration about the OS they are going to put into Their own realease of productive devices, with responsibility and wih real reason with new things or modifying of their Windows OS and not hurry burry. Windows can be midified and brought with new Platform and with better Capabilities. Moreover Microsoft like Apple is very appealing to see and use in movements and is full with windows and walls which are opaque and in movements and also in file management and operating, unlike Android which is very nasty dancer with nude gown windows. You anyway can't do multitasking in a productive way in Android.

Much more is BeCapable of bringing full fledged coding availability onto The new platform that you are bringing. Then one can say that it is productive. If again like android, like for entertainment and connectivity, camera, and apps????!!!!! no development? no productivity except in naming and advertisements and pulling people into accepting it as productive without being so? no revolution in and from 2020.????... Totally misguided into delirium by Microsoft for Themselves. think again......

This is basically ZTE Axon M going tablet. Not that I would complain to it since dual-screen device is a great idea. People who slacked off dual-screen smartphone should try out that ZTE or LG's DualScreen accessory for V50 and G8. It is so much different experience than using a single screen smartphone.

If this is a category Microsoft wants to push, for reasons no one asked for, they had better "surprise" the market be releasing a proper device when it do launch.
The hinge design is the reason the bezel is humongous, making the whole device impractical.
Other than that, having two tiny screens on a device already too big to be pocketable? Why? Doesn't work for media. Games will have to be custom made for it, hence it won't happen. Dual display on desktops are going away with ultrawide screens. Why try to push it onto an ecosystem that never asked for it?
I can't see this device selling much.

Another useless device from Microshiit. We want portable 2 in 1 laptops (11 inch screen size, 4 GB RAM, 128 GB SSD, 10,000 mAh Battery, Windows 10 64 bit). This is a gimmick and will turn down for Microsoft. This is a worthless gamble, Satya.

I agree looks promising, just the middle bezel could be slimmer imo. Lets hope Windows version of this device will be good too. I hope MS would deliver what they promises here because they already missed out on mobile OS as Mr. Gates said himself, so this is a good chance to redeem itself.

That looks very promising, but I think there's one missed opportunity here.

We already have phones with edge-to-edge screens. Why not do something like that here, to minimize the edges between the two screens, to make them almost seamless?

Have the second screen for keyboard and be like laptop or then use the full thing as full screen. But then you have back line going trough middle of the screen.

I dont know for what use this would find. For having it like page 1 and 2 reading a book then it's a bit expensive for the purpose and these ink screen tablets work better. Watching video on one screen then the screen be too small.
