Like any OS, Android devices require ongoing support, most importantly, around security. LG makes some great phones for their price, but the company absolutely sucks at supporting them. Worse, they promised to "do better" but have failed miserably. IMHO, if they aren't going to at least double the programmers and customer support staff for their mobile unit, they might as well close it down.

Never LG. My Nexus 5X bootlooped after a year and my 4k tv got a green line in the middle of the screen.
