Whole list out there.
PUBG is locked at 60hz by developer.
But the Chinese version runs at full 120fps
AnonD-908380, 02 Feb 2020It will be useful when phones have atleast laptop grade gaming performance. You don't even get... moreWe basically have laptop grade peformance, SD 865 should be good enough to run high end games at those frames.
I really don't care whether my screen is with 60Hz, 90Hz, 120Hz, 144Hz or 240Hz refresh rate... I just want one thing from the companies which for me is the most important and essential thing - the phone to be CHEAP for it's specs!!! I mean if you can add me an 120Hz or 240Hz for just ten to twenty extra bucks OK but if I have to pay a lot of extra cash for getting this feature - no thanks. I wish the companies start making all phone segments cheaper in this decade instead of bringing more new fancy and weird features in the devices.

I don't care, because it's just a phone.
I know many people used their smartphone all the times, but my smartphone is just a slave device to me.

... more"Don't be ignorant and whiny." Says the one who keeps telling me that 120hz is useless, also the guy played over 3 hours of PUBG all day everyday, ofcouse the screen will get burn-in, but here's something even more funny, the screenshot he had, it does not have any burn-in.
(Maybe some color shifting on the corner but maybe that has to do with manufacture defect.)

Gameloft barely added 60 FPS mode on every flagships for Asphalt 9, they have a lot of work to do.
I doubt it supports 120 FPS.
Seeing how much more it heat phones when going from 30 to 60, they better not add 120 FPS for 3D games.
Or add a mini fan in every phones like the ZTE Nubia RM3/3s.

Do you know if Samsung and others will put big batteries like Asus did?
Useless for non gaming purposes.

Easy enough to Google...You can find that on every oled phone

On a PC though, I don't feel much difference when operating at 60hz (except gaming afcourse) since it is a non touchscreen 144hz monitor.

If I want to play games, I use my PC with a high refresh rate monitor. I'm aware of the day and night difference but on a phone it's not a game changer for me. That depends on your use case though.
