Cy Aman, 14 Feb 2020A71 Has in screen fingerprint reader Huge battery Better camsGalaxy S10 Lite has them too. The only difference is the better CPU and GPU. The question is, if it's worth giving 200€ more for a better CPU and GPU.
Nikos, 13 Feb 2020Would you choose A71 or S10 Lite?A71
Has in screen fingerprint reader
Sean, 10 Feb 2020There is NO glass in this so called Glasstic,it scratches very easily just go watch this video... moreThere's glass there mixed with plastic just to look shiny but on scratch tests, the compound is only as resistant as its weakest material which is plastic. But it's shiny, that's what matters most.
potato4k, 10 Feb 2020Samsung use plastic again because it's cheaper, and they need to be competitive with the Chine... moreWhat's wrong with using plastic? Plastic are engineering materials that can have better physical properties than metal. Some polymer grades are up to $200 USD per kg, which can be up to 100 times more expensive than the metals used. Even mass production grades used are already $25/kg as you need to remember the ones used for phones needs to be flame retardant grades.
Anonymous, 09 Feb 2020It's not plastic bro its Glastic- a fusion of combining glass and plasticThere is NO glass in this so called Glasstic,it scratches very easily just go watch this video
Anonymous, 10 Feb 2020t retains what was already great about the Galaxy A70 - the big 6.7-inch Super AMOLED screen..... moreWould agree if it was 16/9, but with extra tall format, 6" is like compact phone now. My 6.5" 21/9 phone is loose in my jean pocket when my previous 5.7 16/9 phone barely fit into it. also the small bezel of today's phone make the 2" smaller phones from 5years ago like brick monsters.
And I use the 6.5" 21/9 phone only with one hand because it's too narrow for my two hands and there is no place for my fingers on the back. The only phone I found really big was the Lumia 1520 with only 6" (but 16/9 and 10mm bezels). Size doesn't mean anything. Also balance in weight is extremly important (I disliked the P30Pro for this).
DroidBoye, 09 Feb 2020I really like their metal j-series before, IDK why Samsung has gotten into full plastic build ... moreSamsung use plastic again because it's cheaper, and they need to be competitive with the Chinese phones. Besides, once you make it shiny, people don't seem to mind.
Remember how everyone dislike plastic phones? Now everybody love plastic phones because they make the plastic shiny. LOL.
The A71 is going to be have a hard time finding buyers. People would either gravitate towards the A51 for less, or just go all the way to the S/Note phones for just a bit more. I mean if you're already spending that much money, you probably prefer to have a Galaxy S than an A.
It cost almost 500 euros in my country. For that price, it will be better to buy the new Xiaomi mi 10
t retains what was already great about the Galaxy A70 - the big 6.7-inch Super AMOLED screen... - do people really think phones above 6" are great? I have huge hands but can't hold anything above 6" myself. Will not upgrade from my phone anymore...let's see if other customers will do.
DroidBoye, 09 Feb 2020I really like their metal j-series before, IDK why Samsung has gotten into full plastic build ... morePre-Galaxy S6 device used to have plastic body, then people complained because glass and metal iPhones look better. Samsung switched, then people complained because glass is fragile and the removable back is sealed.
I guess people likes to complain but ended up buying stuff they complained
DroidBoye, 09 Feb 2020I really like their metal j-series before, IDK why Samsung has gotten into full plastic build ... moreThe last time Samsung made an all metal A series device was in 2017, and people complained about it being overpriced.
Enjoy your plastic and inferior glass devices
This plastic phone looks very cheap and rustic for a device that costs the whopping 450 EUR
