The new video is massively post processed. Look at the edges around foreground objects, like the cacti. Look at the excessive colour shifting on the edge the camera pans towards.
This is turning into a Nokia fake video debacle...

On a 6 inch screen it will looks exactly same like 4K video.
Only 2K video will looks better.
Better cntrast better details less lagg and not as this blurry.

Anonymous, 05 Feb 2020Lol IPhone tops out at 4K60. Not good enough to do 8k@30fps or 4k@120fps. Because it will suffer from youtube compression. So what you need is need is the original file. Or just wait till you see 8k 60fps. Then it will be jaw dropping. Like when we saw 4k 30fps. Looked good. Then cam 4k 60fps. And thats awesome.

Their DACs are equally low quality. The only thing Qualcomm is good for is the fake synthetic benchmarks they and Apple are obsessed with.
I NEVER use a benchmark app for anything in my life. I do use things like the camera, headphones and other things all the time.
I don't know whom at Qualcomm approved the posting of the "8k" video. It seriously looks love something recorded with a 50 buck feature phone.

useless feature. We want 4k @60fps with hdr and video stabilization. There is plenty of things to improve in 4k recording and unless you're planning to buy an 100 inch tv you won't need 8k. With almost perfect vision, on my 77 inch oled 4k display, i can't see the pixels even if i stand at 1m but normal view distance is 3-5 m
