Super easy, disassemble a htc m7 m8 to change battery or early htc models this razr can pe repaired very easy if you get spare parts :D

It's very difficult to repair Motorola RAZR but not impossible. There is not so much adhesive inside, and all the components are modular.
Just an "ostentatious" $200 dollar smartphone.
Impossible to repair. Sell the replacement/successor model.
