Better if the apps are on cloud instead of internal memory. Only good for lazy people like me, reset and the apps are still there.

Seriously, I wouldn't have thought Huawei making such a stupid move, them being so clever till now and being backed by Chinese govt. Apparatus.
Get me a bootloader unlocked Mate 30 pro and I'll start a blog about simple how-to's for general public but please Huawei, don't commit a PR suicide.

r33fd, 07 Feb 2020That's one of the stupidest things I've ever heard! Best thing would be to just use vanilla... moreI agree, Huawei needs to allow unlocking the bootloader again. This trade war is a big reason. Then they can do like OnePlus and greatly simplify the process so it's easier and less scary to install a custom rom. Then the community will take care of the rest. Bloat is probably the worst solution.
