False hope, but if this is true the phone will run for maximum of 8-9 months I think due to too much stress on the CPU. Just create a mediocre phone that give the Customers great experience.

And 4K TVs have been around for years already.
Movies are done using Super35 (about APSC), dont even use whole Full Frame sensor.
Let alone 8K that is 4x the 4K.
I can easily play games like Injustice, Real Racing and Mortal Combat and my devices wont get as hot as it does doing 4K.
Also, heat can damage the image sensor. Why do you think old Xperia cut the video recording when phone got hot? To protect the sensor .....
Dont forget that phone is not just recording, it is appliying processing to make it better also doing electronic stabilization.
EIS get weaker on 4K compared to 1080p because it demands so much from the hardware.

Another year and another disappointment.
They didn't learned that reason why their sales are decreasing, is the price and copying bad ideas from apple.
If the rumours are truth, in this year I will buy first non-Samsung phone since my SGS S4!

Even also requires random access memory by a large number to provide such amount of codes too frequently..

Also the Xiaomi note 10 cost at the moment around 500 euro also with a 108 MP camera and 20 MP wide camera and has 2x and 5x optical zoom

I'm honestly disappointed for now and I have always been only-Samsung phones user.
I think that's really a bad move from Samsung skipping their OWN 108 MP sensor on S20 and S20+, where Xiaomi will put this sensor in Mi 10 series that will probably be at least half of S20's price.
I know that S20's 12 MP sensor will have bigger pixels than in S10, but still I can bet that Ultra's 12 MP images binned from 108 MP (as well as Xiaomi 10's) will resolve significally higher amount of finest details in photos and videos. Moreover I find using 64 MP tele camera to produce 8k videos is a joke. I personally will probably never record 8k video, but given that feature I bet there will be some people that would like for example to record 8k with main camera, not x3 tele xD.
I hope tomorrow's event will show us something we all didn't expect.

Yeah, except it may not have stereo speakers, IP rating, no QHD dynamic amoled, will take worse photos and subpar videos that have poor sound recorded. Slower ufs3.0 instead of 3.1. Slower ddr5 from another supplier (samsung semicon ddr5 will be faster), no usb 3.2 ,
Poor UI that needs much more ram to deal with apps. No 4K on front camera.

I dont believe the 8K.
Does not make sense to put a mode you cant use with other FL.
The 64 must be 78mm. Frame will be very small.
Not even counting the heat.
Before someone says about cooling used by "gaming" phones, video recording is much heavier task than playing games by far.
Games will stress cpu, while videos will stress cpu and cmos.
