The old one was less of glitter and more gold this is more glitter & a tad bit less gold . Less gold - 1.42 um Sony sensor replaced by a cheap chinese sensor. Dunno what brand .

what the fugk!!! replaced the 12 MP, f/1.8, (wide), 1/2.5", 1.40µm with a 13 MP, f/2.2, (wide), 1/3.1", 1.12µm slower camera. but that's what indians deserve!! so dumdaar!

Didn't Google ALREADY ENFORCED that every NEW android phone MUST COME with the latest Android OS, which is currently Android 10 after end of January 2020 deadline?? Why does Xiaomi STILL LOAD Android 9.0 PIE on Redmi 8A Dual after THAT deadline??
Google will "PUNISH" Xiaomi soon as well after Huawei made those "blunders" on Y7p and P30 Lite New Edition...

it was proved to me, after REDMI 5 with sd439
that is from two years ago to now, they have many many of this chipset in stock
so they should just release them and let them go and get rid of them at any cost
