Dear sony, most people in the world dont even know tha... morei agree. sony fans however would argue that they are still relevant and that the smartphones they still produce is simply a platform to demonstrate the camera sensors they manufacture for others. they couldn't see that, even with this argument, it is evident that sony is unable to demo their camera sensors quite well, as other oems who are using it makes better software to produce better results than sony itself. whereas, it is untouchable in areas such as console gaming, affordable but audiophile grade speakers and hifi systems, and the camera sensors as well as mirrorless cameras so just concentrate on those instead.

Anonymous, 13 Feb 2020S5 had both removable batt and IP rating. They sealed the batteries to make you buy more phone... moreNever had to buy a new phone even over 5 plus years of using a particular device because of sealed battery giving low output. Maximum loss noticed was 20-25% over 5 years.
So unless you choose a phone with already terrible battery life, it will last you 5 plus years just fine without having to buy new phones just coz battery health detoriated.
Nobody switches to a different phone coz the sealed battery detoriated rapidly unless you using an iPhone.

You cant have glass back amd sealed battery together. Also it is a way to force people send phone to them when person needs new battery.
