ARM haven't even announced Cortex-A78(or whatever it gonna be called) yet and Mali GPUs always have graphical bugs in games, I've seen that for the past 4 years.
And they better have LPDDR5 RAM.

Incorrect. According to Antutu, this is the highest scored SD865 based android smartphone. There are other higher scored android smartphones that are not based on SD865.
